Plan & Billing

AssetBlaze has several tiers of service and billing. Company Admins can always see the AssetBlaze plan the company is using, its cost and credit card assigned. Simply navigate to the setting icon on the top right of the screen and select "Plan & Billing"

Plan

  • Plan name and cost are shown to Admins

  • Usage constraints & limits for the plan are shown next to the plan name

Manage Plan

  • The Admin can choose a plan at any time. Upgrading is instantaneous and downgrading is prorated to the next billing cycle.

  • Monthly vs Yearly -> Moving to yearly is invoiced immediately while moving to monthly will only take effect once the yearly cycle has completed.


View Credit Card on file

  • Click "Update Billing Details to add or remove a credit card for your account

Invoices

  • Invoices can be downloaded anytime on the Plan & Billing page. Near the bottom of the screen is a table with all historical invoices and a link for download.
