AssetBlaze provides users with the flexibility to assign their own custom Asset ID numbers for inventory items.

When adding a new inventory item, the system automatically generates and displays a sequential Asset ID as the default. If you prefer to use a custom identifier, simply click on the pre-generated Asset ID and replace it with your desired alphanumeric value.

After entering your custom Asset ID, click SAVE to finalize the change.

This feature ensures that you can maintain a consistent and personalized identification system for your assets.
